• Material: High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE)

• Core Depth: The cap (top layer) is approximately .050” thick. We recommend a cut depth of 0.060" - 0.080" to ensure a clean reveal of the core color.

• Recommended Bit: Single Flute (O-Flute) Up-Cut or Straight bit for best chip evacuation.

• Feed & Speed: HDPE cuts best with fast movement to prevent melting.

• Typical Range: 16,000 - 18,000 RPM at 100-200 IPM (Adjust based on your machine rigidity).
